About

My name is Amber.

Sessions with Amber might include reflective

art-making within an open-studio or guided process using traditional, found, and experimental art materials while maintaining safe studio practices. Verbal processing and conversation including creative and metaphorical curiosity can also be experienced. Time spent connecting with and exploring nature through guided walks, gardening, and eco-based art-making may also be integrated into sessions.

Amber believes in the importance of awareness and engagement with holistic perspectives between the intersection of social, cultural, historical, and individual experiences. She believes that through expanded understanding of these domains and lived experiences as well as their impact, we can operate from a place of compassion and empowerment towards the self and community.

Amber considers access to mental healthcare an integral piece within holistic wellness, and commits to providing ethical and compassionate care to foster increased self-compassion, balance, and an embodied sense of empowered identity.
